Ivan pov

Ivan's heart ached as he stood before his father,

Just amoment ago

His father entered the room where his grandpa is laying weak. He looks at his father filling emotional.. but his emotion washed away as he hear his father's comments .

" I need to tell you something.. come with me" his father commanded him..

Nevertheless before going with his father he turn to his grandpa one last time and followed his father...

They come at the end of the corridor...

" Now it's time for you to do you last job for your mom" said his father..

Ivan got confused by his father talk..

"I want you to marry my close friends daughter Shreya. You mother choose her for you before you  were even born.. now it's high time for you to fulfill her last wish.."

the girl his father's late wife had chosen for him, his mother.

At that time the only face that comes infornt of his eyes was hers .His emotions churned inside him, leaving him feeling exposed and vulnerable.

"I'm already married," Ivan confessed to his father, his voice trembling with anxiety.

His father's response was unexpectedly cold. "I know about Kavya," his father said, his tone icy. "And I've already decided what to do about her."

I have enough of your nonses  up until now. but now it's enough you have to listen to me you have no other option..up until now you have done so many shit and I don't even care about that but now it's my beloved  wife last wish and you have to fullfil that it's your responsibility"

Ivan's heart sank. How could his father be so cruel? But his father's next words were even more hurtful.

"Do you know your mother died giving birth to you? You inherit from me ...my love" his father asked, his voice laced with bitterness. "Now it's your turn. You can't live happily when my love ,my wife is dead because of you. I can let you live happily when you destroyed my happily life"

Ivan's chest tightened with guilt and despair. His father's words pierced through him, making him feel like a failure. How could he marry Shreya when his heart belonged to Kavya? And what would happen to Kavya now, left at the mercy of his father's selfishness ?

Now he understand why his grandpa get the heart attack..

"Do you even think of me in lifetime just once.. no never you only think about yourself you are selfish man you claim that you love my mum do you think she will be happy to see your behaviour you never think about me. never ever now you are expecting me to full fill your wife last  wish then I am sorry I also love my wife I also have my responsibility I can't full feel your responsibility by throwing my responsibility away" ivan roared to his father..

"You are a coward man you always play the victim card ... never in my lifetime you think about me once .. do whatever hell you want it but my answer always be no and that's final I didn't eat your food or anything I made myself a signature by my hard work so don't ever come to me a for this I can make this  discussion. It's my life. And I ruled my life. So stop this shit'

And about my grandpa's last wish don't even think to manipulate him ever again or I will kill you with my hand I wouldn't even think that you are my dad because you never became one and I will tell him that I already made his dream come true"

Saying this he rushed out from there with anger."

Kavya's POV:

After they left, Kavya was crying non-stop. She couldn't stop thinking about what might happen next. She knew the truth about her father selling her to him in marriage, but despite that, he never laid a hand on her. He always loved her and took care of her so sweetly. She couldn't just believe what people said about him. She needed to confirm it herself. But if he didn't want her, even after, she decided to leave him she just wanted him to be happy. He was the first person who made her truly happy, and she always wanted his happiness.

She kept thinking about this all day, her mood so down. Finally, she decided to watch TV, but she couldn't even muster the mood to eat dinner. She just sat on the sofa, flipping through channels. Nothing seemed interesting until an  news flashed before her, shaking her whole world.
